Running Strong Through Midlife and Beyond
On Monday 27th April 2026, Naomi and Sophie had the pleasure of running a workshop for Hughenden Valley Ladies Running club discussing injury prevention for runners.
We’ve had some great feedback from a couple of the attendees:
“The session from Naomi and Sophie was super informative, helpful and reassuring. I really liked how they went into detail on the more common complaints, why it happens and how to treat/prevent. The pain management strategy they introduced was the best I’ve ever heard in all my years of exercising and I will be using it going forward! While they are very well qualified, experienced and credible they also had a lovely conversational style and were relatable which is also hugely important”.

As a GP I agree that there are no quick fixes to joint and muscle issues and physiotherapy helps to identify issues before they become more problematic.
